Just a quick update to a previous post that talks about one of my client's new website. Though the site is fairly new, he has requested quite a few changes recently because he is dabbling in the world of internet marketing and following a course by a well known marketer who is an expert in Google AdWords and Facebook advertising.
And apparently he's getting good results.
One of the main changes he requested was to remove most of the text from his home page and use a video of him introducing his company and their services instead.
Currently, through Adwords he has reported a 500% increase in conversions, and he is now also moving over to facebook advertising to give that a trial as well. I've also created a landing page for him to test results using tracking code. This will show how well his advertisements are converting into new customers.
The fact is, anyone can do this. It just takes a little know how and the willingness to give it a go.
