I don't usually create any New Year resolutions but I do have some basic goals in mind.
1. To work towards an early retirement
2. To put into place additional income streams that don't require too much of my time.
I guess these have always been my goals ever since I started to earn a living online. Having returned from a well deserved break with family relatives in Italy, I have decided that these goals are even more important to me now. Not just for financial reasons, but also to allow me more time to pursue more leisurely interests and have more time to visit family more often.
A couple of new projects in the pipeline should hopefully help me achieve those goals. Not only online projects, but offline too.
Making a regular income online is highly desireable, but not as easy as one might think. It does still require a lot of commitment and can be extremely time consuming. I've looked at various schemes that promise fast and easy wealth but they are mainly 'pie in the sky' schemes full of empty promises.
My suggestion if you want to make money online is to find a partner who is has the knowledge to help you build a real 'service' business that you can share the rewards with. Let your partner provide the knowledge and offline expertise while you provide the online expertise, i.e. building the website, facebook pages, SEO etc., if you can.
This is what I am working towards in 2014.
