I came across this video interview today which was entitled 'How to unlock the full potential of your mind' and found it really interesting, so I thought I would share this on my blog.

I truly believe in a lot of what Dr Joe Dispenza says in this interview. Forming good habits is essential for self improvement. I learnt and used to teach that when I was a driving instructor many years ago.

Working in difficult times

Work is still coming in, but mainly just updates to existing sites. It seems Covid 19 has had such a devastating effect that few new businesses are starting up and needing a new website to help them on their way. There are the odd bits of work coming in, mainly updates and one new website for a former client who has changed direction and decided to start a new service business providing conservatory roof insulation. Perhaps more of us who are staying at home to work, or not, are going to find this useful in the coming months.

New window cleaning websites

Just recently completed two new websites for window cleaning companies.

Although the Covid-19 pandemic is causing major disruptions for many UK based businesses, and business around the world, I find myself fortunate that as a web designer I can work from home.

It is having a knock on effect of course. Some positives and some negatives. It seems that while many business owners are in the unfortunate position of having to suspend work, there are those who are spending their free time looking at how they can add improvements to their business by going online.

One new client had been in business for a number of years but has only now got around to finding time to seriously consider having a website built for his business. But of course, my belief is that every business should have a website.

It used to be that most business would get listed in Yellow Pages, but times have changed. Now people just Google for what they are looking for. So having a website and getting it in front of prospective customers is one of the best and most economical forms of business advertising. IMOH

New website and updates for this month

New website Be Clean Window Cleaning just completed and new updates for ACS1st and the Waterforce cleaning company in Leeds. Their website makeover can be viewed here... www.windowcleanerleeds.co.uk

All in all a fairly busy month, with a new website also being built for a local restaurant. It's now online but not quite finished. The website address is www.angeandcherylsplace.co.uk and they make a lovely dinner. So if you're in the Hartlepool area then go along and taste their homemade meals, as well as tea, coffee and pastries.

February 2020 update

New websites under construction include www.be-clean.co.uk which should be completed shortly. I have also been updating some existing client websites which include www.clearshineessex.co.uk and www.highshineltd.co.uk which required a quite comprehensive overhaul, however this new site design will not be fully 'live' and operational for another week or so.

New blog posts

Having spent the last few years adding blog posts on the blogger platform I have decided I am now going to publish the most important posts directly to my website blog page instead. You can find these at https://www.studioarts-dtv.co.uk/latest-news/ as and when they become available.

However, I will add an occasional post here to keep visitors updated with any new websites I have published for clients.

I am no longer involved in publishing web apps, strictly just websites, and simple brochure style websites for selected clients only. Plus, I will also be concentrating on getting back to develop my own information and hobby based websites which I have sadly neglected over recent years.

Two of the most recent websites I have completed are the Warwickshire Scooter Alliance website and a website for a local businessman ( B.P.C.S. ) who provides a sandblasting, painting and chroming service. These and the recent update to the Window Cleaner Directory and the Window Cleaning Resources website have been my latest projects.
